One hot mama

I have been looking forward to this session for MONTHS!  My gorgeous sister-in-law is pregnant (she’s due December 26!) and she agreed a long time ago to let me have a crazy, marathon-length maternity shoot with her . . . and yesterday was the big day!   We played outside in the beautiful fall weather all afternoon and made some amazing photos.  She totally rocked it!  And I was having so much fun I completely lost count of the number of wardrobe changes . . . But seriously, has eight-months-pregnant ever looked so incredible?!

Baby on the way

I swear, there must be something in the water — it feels like almost everyone I know is pregnant!  This morning I had a really fun session with some friends who are expecting a baby next month — and because I know the mom-to-be is dying for a peek, here are some of my favorites so far!  I love the sunflare in this one, especially the way it parallels her belly:

Baby mama

Yesterday I got to shoot maternity portraits of one of my very good–and very beautiful–friends!  We’ve been planning this session for ages, and she’s now about 34 weeks along and looking absolutely spectacular, so we finally made it happen.  We had a blast and got some really great shots in the process!  Here’s a preview, but there are many more to come!
